Using a highly simplified representation of a project sequence, the sample portfolio is used to construct questions whose sample solutions should convey the process and methodology by which management concepts can be developed or optimised. The goals in establishing a management concept are: Clear and structured representation of the management process for the portofolio, economical optimisation of the utilisation costs for a property portfolio and quality management (QM) of the above processes even in case of an extensive number of properties.
