Interdisciplinary cooperation is required already for the commissioning of a building. The guideline describes the necessary methods and planning steps. Furthermore, it points out from which stage onwards and using which processes commissioning, acceptance, the handling of defects, initial adjustments and operational optimization can be carried out. The guideline limits itself to the building services (BS) in cost groups 400 and 500 as per DIN 276-1; links with other trades involved in executing the building are addressed in some cases.
