Summary

The guideline contains examples for the calculation of flow measurement systems according to DIN 1952 and VDI/VDE 2040 part 2. The calculation procedure is presented in a sequence chart. It shall clarify the calculation sequence and shall help in the establishment of computer programs. The examples deal with the calculation of a primary device for a given flow rate as well as the calculation of the flow rate for a given primary device.
