Summary

The guideline describes orifices and nozzles for special applications whereby the design of the primary device and its installation does not conform to all aspects of DIN 1952. Variations from the standard will be outlined primarily. In case of conformity, DIN 1952 and its supplement guideline VDI/VDE 2040 will be referred to.
