VDI/VDE 2617 Blatt 2.1:2012-07

The guideline describes procedures of confirmation and reverification for coordinate measuring machines acording to DIN EN ISO 10360-2 and supplements this. It is valid for coordinate measuring machines, which are used for linear measurements with touching probes. Beside the confirmation and reverification examinations some special interests are considered with the examination of large CMM, which was contained so far only in the guideline VDI/VDE 2617 Part 2.3. These are summarized in this guideline. The substantial innovations of the DIN EN ISO 10360-2 are represented. Further details are described to the examination of the length measuring deviation. The knowledgement of DIN EN ISO 10360-2 is presupposed by application of the guideline.
