VDI/VDE/DGQ/DKD 2618 Blatt 1.1:2021-07

The standard is one of two basic parts of the series of standards VDI 2618. This standard is indispensable for the further use of all other standards of the series as it contains the generally applicable requirements for the inspection of measuring instruments for geometric quantities. It also explains the structure of the series of standards, describes how the results are to be documented, and shows how characteristic values can be determined to evaluate the results. The new edition has been revised with regard to new requirements from international standardization.
