This standard is applicable to grade GL-K3 stud link anchor chain cables used on vessels at ambient temperatures down to -20 °C. They consist of 'n' shots of chain cables of according to VG 84501, a three link adapter piece according to VG 84516, a kenter type joining shackle according to VG 84502, a chain connector according to VG 84539 and an outboard swivel shot according to VG 84512.
