VG 85009-1:2013-12

This standard specifies identification colours for the marking of pipelines for operating supplies on board vessels and onshore structures of the Bundeswehr (German Armed Forces). VG 85009-1 Supplement 1 'Identification colours for operating supplies for marine technology - Part 1: Allocation of colours, principles; Supplement 1: Examples of presentation of markings' is associated to this standard. For the marking on vessels and onshore structures see VG 85009-2. For the marking in plans and other technical documents see VG 85009-3. This standard is not applicable for civil ships and marine structures. For the marking of pipelines on civil ships and marine structures DIN ISO 14726 applies. The identification colours specified in DIN ISO 14726 for the content of pipes, are different to the colour coding specified in this standard.
