Summary

This standard applies in connection with VG 95919-1 to hoses for replenishment with potable and fresh water. Before each use, the hose assembly shall be flushed out with potable or fresh water; any stagnation water shall be discarded. Hoses/hose assemblies according to this standard shall not be permanently laid in potable-water pipelines as a replacement for pipes.
