Summary
This document specifies requirements for the design and manufacture of mincing machines. The machines covered by this document are used for crushing of fresh or frozen meat, meat products and fish by cutting in a cutting unit. This document deals with all significant hazards, hazardous situations and events relevant to machines, appliances and machinery, when they are used as intended and under conditions of misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer.
