VDI/DVS 6005:2018-02

The revised standard contains substantial corrections and the content harmonises the standards of VDI, DVS and VDMA. Like its predecessor, this standard was drafted by a joint VDI/DVS committee. The standard offers application-relevant guidance for the planning of ventilation for welding workplaces. Applying this standard allows to derive measures ensuring compliance with protection goals set by the Workplace Ordinance (ArbStättV) and the Hazardous Substances Ordinance (GefStoffV), and the associated technical rules. As additional source of information, DGUV Regulations 109-002 and 100-500 can be used. TRGS 528 must be observed.
