The guideline specifies procedures for the calibration of RF signal generators which can be modulated analog. It describes the procedure of calibration from preparation over execution up to the documentation of the calibration results. The descriptive procedures define the minimum requirements to a calibration. The necessary standards for the calibration are designated and the measuring procedures for the determination of the measurement deviations are described. Beyond these references to the determination of the uncertainty of measurement are given too.
